Can I cancel my order once I’ve placed it?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and if your order hasn’t already been processed we can stop it.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes! You can add a gift message during the Checkout prcoess.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free to addresses in the UK!
How soon will I receive my energy cubes?
Your cubes will be with you in 2-3 working days, depending on the time of day you place your order.
Do you deliver to addresses outside the UK?
We can post to addresses within the EU but we will need to charge for postage. For non-EU countries, contact us before placing an order on the website, so we can check the regulations specific to your country.
Do I need to be at home to receive my parcel?
Try Me packs will be sent via Royal Mail, so you don’t need to be at home. For deliveries of the larger 12 pack boxes, you will be given a 4 hour delivery window or the option of collecting your parcel.
Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
Drop us an email (email@example.com) as soon as possible and if your order hasn’t already been processed, we can change the address.
My energy cubes haven’t arrived. What should I do?
Standard delivery takes 2-3 days, but if your order hasn’t arrived after 5 days, drop us an email and we’ll look into it for you.
My parcel was damaged or there’s a problem with my cubes. What should I do?
Drop us an email and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
